We were awarded this contract of works by Lovell for the supply, installation, and commissioning of 73nr Dwellings.
The Spires is a contemporary collection of two, three and four-bedroom homes, with a collection of 26 Affordable Homes and 47 Market Homes.
As a company we completed all the electrical works to a high standard in these properties, through first, second and final fix.

- Supply and Installation of Deta Fuse boards.
- Deta Slimline used through the properties.
- Supply and Installation of Intruder Alarms.
