The project works required were the complete strip out of all existing electrical fixtures and fittings, and to install new lighting, power and fire alarm systems throughout the building.

New mains distribution board and sub circuits supplying various items such as:

Reception area

Café area
Ambient/display lighting
Display cabinets
General power
Central atrium area lighting
External security lighting
Fire alarm system

As the timescale for the original programme was significantly reduced due to unforeseen problems with the building works at an early stage, our programme of works was shortened from 10 weeks to 4 weeks.  We completed the project within the allocated timescale
